[IMCWMA Partners] Meeting about Funding Priorities

Earlier, I requested your schedules to try to set a meeting in January, 
but I didn't get very many responses. So I'll try again - this time, 
lets try the time period from January 25- February 5. This meeting will 
be held in Ukiah.

Please let me know your availability. Also please be prepared with 
suggestions for Supplemental Proposals - we are "due" as we haven't been 
successful in getting our supplementals for the last couple of years.
