Hi Tara:
	I have easels that can be borrowed and posterboard. However, I will need
the easels for the Ag Day on October 11. Please touch bases with me on
October 12 for pick-up. I will leave on a three week vacation on October 20
and not return until November 9.

The following items are needed for the WMA community meetings, starting
Oct 16.
1. easels- for displaying posters
2. poster board-backing for posters
3. digital projector (needed for Oct 16 i nWillits)
4. refreshments- such as cookies, fruit, coffee, hot cider,...
If you can contribute, please let me know as soon as possible, as I will
need to arrange to rent or purchase the rest.

If you have a poster to display, please let me know so I can arrange to
pick that up in advance of the first meeting.

Is anyone interested in joining our out-of-town speakers for dinner
before the talk?
